This is a very beneficial course. What I've got and learned in the past few months is far beyond than I expected. The knowledge you taught allows me to understand myself more. I'm taking a good start of my self-improvement. It makes me closer to become a person that I want myself to be.

One interesting thing I want to share with you. You repeated hundred times in class that we shouldn't do subjective leading, I thought my sub-conscious mind have accepted this suggestion. :P It makes me talk less and listen more now, and sometimes I may unconsciously asked 即係/因為 when people not make things clear. But because of this, I've less "communication error" with others and even makes my work more efficient. This is one of the unexpected gain from the

When I first started the Certified Professional Coach course of Dr Keith To, as usual, it was difficult. However, it is a course that worth all my invested time.

The course gives me a good view of how people think and how can a good coach help in all different areas. It is different from all the previous course of coach. 例如教催眠使到我地看到自己內心的亂、明白『集中』我地既心就可以靜下來(此正是定!)，用教練技術使我們去尋求外界實相，使我們自己活得實實在在、NLP使我地學到身体跟心靈是互動，內心外界有相互! 因果影响、2nd Position 跟Meta Position 使我地學把情感跟事實分開觀察(這豈非是慧!)。

後學不是甚麼甚麼教徒，只是對此道有丁點認識而已。您常說你有你的、我有我返屋企、食幾多穿幾多(學到幾多)、都是整定的，教已教了，懂不懂、做不做是個人修維，請放下我執吧。

哈哈說到那里去了!算了吧, 在香港您算是一位有良心的教師吧!

Keith是位出色的培訓師是不用置疑的事實。 或者你不會知道你對我們的影響有幾深，因為我們知道你沒有興趣去知道，你只要見到大家都有進步便已很足夠，我們亦不想阻你的時間，事實上你給予的已比我們付出更多。

我們欣賞的Keith是：

1. 看得通睇得透 - 所以沒有甚麼問題令你解釋不到(不合邏輯情理者例外)

2. 細心安排 - 教材豐富，又有永久支援。嘴邊雖常說自己是怎樣的粗心大意，但小至潛意識重整工程的Angel咭、筆跡分析學的一枝筆、一個量角器，足以見證你對課堂的認真及細心去想參加者的需要。坊間的培訓師那來這份細心？他們神聖不可侵犯，是參加者向他們求知識，那來要對參加者服侍周到？

3. 用心以待肯負責願承擔 - 為免出現移情，Keith花了很多功夫令自己置身道外，他常掛在嘴邊說自己下流衰格，目的主要我們只覺得是他用來提醒自己小心移情或別不自覺地跌入他人的情緒之中。比著別的培訓師，你越移情你越追捧，我越有價值，是你自願的責任不在我。甚至在ISQMP，他對同學一直支持到底，另一位卻真正體現了「你有你死我有我返屋企」，毫無責任地將爛攤子留給Keith，但Keith從沒有放棄過他的學生，有比較之下才更深體會到Keith超越專業的情操。

4. 目光遠大有氣度 - 就算知道那位參加者抄襲他的東西，Keith仍能平心以待，亦不會「封殺」對方向他學習的機會。Keith在NLP方面身體力行，看得比一般人更深更廣，看通了處理方式自然跟一般人的做法不同，至少沒有為任何參加者帶來尷尬。

星期日聽完肥仔小旅鼠及Keith旅鼠的故事，我就知道其他培訓優點不須講，只說一件便足夠。其他培訓師只introduce一件學問or一個課程(不論那培訓師是出色or平庸)，而幫助肥仔小旅鼠跳過對面崖的，暫時只見到Keith你一位。

知識的delivery，你已做得很好，理解及運用就要靠自己，自己都希望找到對面崖的方向及跳過去。

補充："做得很好"，雖然是用感受 in general去measure，可是我這幾年上過的課程種類及數目，最少四五十，雖然不同課程難以比較 (e.g. Outward Bound)，But 以助肥仔小旅鼠跳過對面崖為目的，你的"課程s"應該排等一。

至於"高人"，當然我低你太多，說甚麼稱讚的話都是無代表性的，不過compare with只introduce一件學問or一個課程的培訓師，又或者只懂自己行業的人，他們很難高得過你，這只是我的單純logic thinking。
